Customer Service Rep- Healthcare

Alta Resources is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives, at our call center, to support a leading trusted health Insurance plan provider.  As an experienced customer service rep, you’ll take special care to provide premium white-glove customer service, while maximizing on customer satisfaction. • Use phone (voice) to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
• Previous call center customer service experience is preferred
