Customer Service Rep -Organic Food Chain

Alta Resources is looking for Customer Service Representatives, at our call center, to support one of the world’s finest natural and organic food grocery stores. Our customer service reps are knowledgeable and passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. As a rep on this team, you’ll help customers make better food choices, contribute to more a sustainable food system and create positive impacts within our community.

Duties & Qualities

• Use social media, chat, email and/or phone (voice) to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
