ROLE PURPOSE

职责概要

Responsible for developing content and selling points of products. Independently plan, develop content. Improve the quality of copy writing to increase fan attention, number, activity, conversion rate. Be familiar with the rules of Ali, RED, Weibo, with cost consciousness. Be able to develop event plan and activity content plan in line with EC product promotion.

• Analysis consumer preference, purchasing occasions. Be interested in the trends, and hot posting, pictures, videos. familiar with user behaviors and of Tmall, Taobao, RED, Weibo platforms, develop content to integrate with products.

熟悉天猫淘宝站内平台、小红书、微博、微信、抖音等平台用户使用习惯、观看属性，与产品相结合，分析产品客户偏好、使用场景。研究分析热门文案作品、图文、短视频，收集筛选创意题材

• Be responsible to develop creative content,able to write posting. Develop and regularly update E-store’s content, placement, and promotion. Be able to write influencers livestreaming’s script.

负责创意内容策划，具有一定文案撰写能力、图文编辑能力。负责撰写电商IP账号内容运营，定期撰写更新内容，以及做好内容投放推广合作，可撰写达人直播脚本

• Cooperate with EC promotion, complete the content copy writing and launch. Cooperatively perform the execution of digital events.

配合电商促销节奏，完成内容策划与站内站外的投放，配合在线活动开发与执行

• Plan relevant content with certain spreading topics, including topic selection and material collection and extraction, can create topics with current hot spots, and produce short videos with pictures and texts.

策划具有一定传播力、话题性的相关内容，包括选题、素材收集提炼，能够以当下的热点制造话题，产出图文短视频等内容

• Be able to analysis data and summary the insights, review results. Optimize content planning and launch plan accordingly.

数据导向，根据数据反馈，及时复盘优化内容，根据数据效果调整内容规划和推广策略

FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE

任职要求

1. EC content or new media related experience,e.g. platforms from RED, Soyoung. Be familiar with content operation and launch of those platforms
2. Strong writing/content crafting skills

Qualifications (Select the minimum qualifications required for this position to successfully achieve business requirements)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

☐Associate’s degree is equivalent to 18 months of experience

☐Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience

☐Master’s degree is equivalent to four (4) years of experience

Specific Area of Study:

Experience

• 5 to 8 years relevant experience
• Medical aesthetics relevant industry experience is plus.
