Position Summary

Position Summary
To execute the COSCO inventory and procurement strategies to ensure a consistent flow of product for our customers and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Job Duties
- Responsible for the maintenance of COSCO inventory and purchasing.
- Maintain appropriate levels of domestic warehouse finished goods inventory while limited out-of-stock situations.
- Maintain, publish and present procurement related reporting, generate and maintain supplier POs, and enhance relationships with our domestic and international vendors.
- Assist the Procurement Manager with weekly procurement and inventory planning analysis.
Qualifications
· Education Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but 2-4 years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree.
Prior Experience
- 1 year of procurement experience preferred
· Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfort with basic-intermediate MS Excel formulas and functions
- Experience with ERP software and MRP or similar planning applications is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to build relationships with a diverse group of business partners

About this job:
- Location: Columbus, IN to report to the office in a hybrid fashion

- Hours: traditional salary office hours Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM hours
- Travel: limited travel required for this position
