Project Manager
Position Summary
As a Project Manager at Dorel, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success. Essential Job Functions
- Define and execute project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor and track project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to management.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Lead post-project evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external teams.

Qualifications
- Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Prior Experience
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Skype/Zoom
- Soft Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation of project scope and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with a wide range of coworkers to understand scope requirements and proposed solutions.
- Collaborative nature and strong team building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
