ECI is seeking a full-cycle remote recruiter responsible for sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, and offer acceptance.
This is a contract position for approximately 3 months duration.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, professional networking, and local media resources
- Build a strong pipeline with high quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate attractive job descriptions and efficient interview plans.
- Work closely with other team members to follow an efficient recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers.
- You will be an ambassador for ECI’s culture and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of in-house, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Previous experience successfully recruiting for sales, professional services, and customer support positions is required.
- Experience using a HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong, creative sourcing experience. Successful at identifying and recruiting qualified talent.
- Able to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Organized, paying close attention to detail, and working well in an environment with competing demands.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ECI does not sponsor applicants for work visas at this time).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
- Understands and abides by local and federal employment requirements and practices.
