Position Overview: 

Bulletproof is seeking a Project Manager (PM) for its Manage Services Department. You will manage the projects through a full project life cycle for our clients and if applicable internal projects. Your role is to control, manage and deliver our projects. 
 
You will provide positive and effective leadership, with a laser focus attitude on controlling the deadlines,  and customer satisfaction. You will bring a right mix of technical acumen and soft skills and facilitate the seamless transition of our services into the client’s.  You should avoid surprises, thus keeping an unparallel communication among all stakeholders is paramount.
 
The successful candidate will be working in a team-based, results-driven environment, supported by your solid understanding of network (CISCO or Fortinet), Microsoft products and infrastructure. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Lead projects through all phases of the project life cycle to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting of resources both internal and external, project controls, risk analysis, reporting, and executing all activities required for each project.
  • Create a work plan that includes a schedule with dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues.
  •  Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as defined for a project.
  • Financial reporting on projects as determined for a project and minimally at the completion of a milestone.
  • Ensure compliance with fixed price contracts with clients.
  • Manage and oversee utilization and capacity individually and collaboratively with managers and other PMs.
  • Interface directly with managers, employees, clients, partners, and others to clearly define project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Liaise with clients, taking time to understand clients’ evolving needs, developing the client relationship through effective communication and personal skills, and building trust through repeated, timely, and effective project delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal PM development, supporting materials, and process training documentation.
  • Promote and practice company values while leading staff and nurturing a creative, innovative, and enjoyable work environment.
  • Assist the team with completing tasks as necessary to complete the projects successfully.


Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Experience with working for a MSP or IT services will be considered a great asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject area, preferably in IT, Business or similar.
  • Minimum five years project management experience with a proven record of delivering implementations.
  • PMP or PRINCE 2 certification is considered an asset.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional remote teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or MS Project
  • Leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to document issues, alternatives, and recommendations in an effective manner suitable for manager consumption.
