Planejar e controlar os planos e documentações de manutenção corretiva, preventiva e calibrações.

Atividades:

Planejar, programar, controlar e analisar os planos de manutenções preventiva, preditiva, corretiva e melhorias;
Atualizar sempre que necessário o programa e plano de manutenção;
Analisar falhas em máquinas e equipamentos, analisar KPI´s de manutenção;
Desenvolver novos fornecedores, analisar necessidade de compra de peças de reposição;
Controlar o plano de calibração, controlar toda documentação de manutenção;
Apresentar toda a documentação e gestão de controle dos documentos em auditorias;
Acompanhar as falhas de manutenções apontadas nos processos produtivos e analisar planos de ações para tratativas.

Requisitos:

Ensino técnico completo ou superior completo/cursando em engenharia elétrica, mecânica ou automação.
Experiência prévia de no mínimo 2 anos na função;
Conhecimento no pacote office;
Experiência em indústria alimentícia;
Experiência em software de manutenção (Datasul, Fixx, Protheus, Sigma, etc).
