Haines, Jones & Cadbury, LLC aka HJC is a National Accounts - Construction Material Supplier.
 
HJC specializes in providing comprehensive construction material packages to major Client chains from coast-to-coast for new construction, remodel and maintenance projects. HJC is continuing to grow and can provide an excellent opportunity for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our Mechanicsburg, PA team.  Our warm and welcoming culture allows for personal development of team members who can grow with us in providing an integral service to communities and businesses throughout the Unites States. We are a stable business offering full-time employment with normal business hours in a comfortable office environment.

HJC is looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep at their Mechanicsburg office. 

Pay for this position is between $15 and $16.50 per hour at this location.

As a Customer Service Representative for HJC, responsibilities include: 

• Productive interaction with customers by phone and email
• Review and evaluate commercial construction projects to determine the scope of work
• Processing sales orders, purchase orders and other information
• Preparing accurate project quotes and estimates for commercial bids
• Provide and ensure accurate delivery scheduling
• Researching and resolving customer opportunities and concerns

An ideal Candidate would have the following qualities and attributes: 

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment focused on customer service.
• Energetic with outstanding work ethic with a firm commitment to strong values and integrity
• Able to multi-task, talented in shifting gears and reacting quickly to changing customer demands
• Effectively communicate, both written and verbally with an even keeled professional demeanor
• Optimistically Responsive, confident, and friendly while balancing the best interests of HJC with those of our customers
  
• Maintain cooperative relationships with team members, vendors, and customers, meeting required deadlines
• A fast learner who is comfortable with technology and proficient with MS Office
