About you:
You will support a range of backend solutions that provision data to our customer-facing applications. Your duties will be mainly centered around data quality, flow and business logic analysis. You will collaborate with our key clients, product department and developers to create meaningful and concise requirements, documentation and well-maintained backlogs.
At OEC you will:
- Maintain data product backlogs
- Work with data flows and warehouses (SQL, Kafka, Mongo DB, Azure Cloud)
- Produce clear and effective user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Document process workflows and business logic
- Partner with software development, product and client teams
- Partner with Tech Teams in scrum meetings and reviews.
- Assist with the planning process to develop respective documentation, communication, and knowledge transfers for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with at least one of mentioned data processing technologies (SQL, Kafka, Mongo DB, Azure Cloud)
- Data analysis or product management background
- Agile/Scrum fluency
- Strong driver for high quality and improvement
- Demonstrated ability to interface with key customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Polish)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, business acumen, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
