Live Operations Manager

We are looking for a Live Operations Manager with strong in app event skills.  The right person will be results driven and have an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast paced environment and finds creative solutions to challenges.  They will work closely with the Director of Rewards Partnerships to oversee in game events that drive, engagement and retention. This person will have strong analytical and marketing skills. A deep connection with our player base will be vital. Work collaboratively with the games team.  Ability to pivot as data and trends dictate, has attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with in-house legal counsel.

The Live Operations Manager will report directly to the Rewards Partnership Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, model, and execute live ops events on behalf of myVIP in collaboration with Apps.  
• Collect and analyze economic, engagement, and monetization data; report on performance, suggest and implement optimizations.
• Work with Excel, Tableau to design reporting that creates transparency in event performance.
• Participate in feature design and provide feedback and observations from the perspective of the game economy, maximizing for engagement and monetization opportunities.
• Manage the creation and approval of all legal documents relating to sweepstakes rules.
• Partner within house General Counsel to manage the administration of legal paperwork submission in various jurisdictions globally. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to create full realized Marketing campaigns
• Experience manipulating, summarizing, and analyzing large data sets.
• Extremely robust logical and analytical thinking; able to abstract and decompose complex systems and identify key relationships and levers that influence the outputs.
• Able to model problems into quantitative systems, anticipate downstream effects, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills - ability to work closely with product owners and with senior staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively across time zones with key stakeholders
