Position Summary:

Are you a high-performing individual excited by driving wins for your customers? Do you have expertise in developing Order Management and Warehouse Management solutions for clients in the B2C and B2B opportunities? Are you US or Canada based and fluent in at least 2 languages (English, Spanish, French)

By working closely with our prospects, your mission will be to win both new logos and formulate and implement client-centric strategies that will enable us to deepen client relationships and drive top-line revenue growth for our organization.
 

In this role, you will have two areas of responsibility: Uncover new prospects within our defined market segments, and act as a Trusted Advisor to our existing customers. As the Trusted Advisor, you will bring together Pivotree’s expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions that help our clients’ deliver their most critical business outcomes. You bring together the right team to drive profitable delivery, influence the client’s strategy, expand Pivotree’s footprint, and ensure sustainable account growth. As a hunter, you will develop account penetration strategies that drive real business benefits to your prospects.
 

In this role, you will have the responsibility of taking our SaaS WMS product to market, as well as securing service engagements for Pivotree’s OMS practice.
 

  • Capable of self-directed outreach and establishing a dialogue with prospective customer executives through creative outreach techniques and effective use of our partner network.

  • Proven ability to research prospective accounts and gather insights into their corporate priorities and challenges.

  • Proven track record of managing and driving executive-level conversations and building two-way executive sponsorship.

  • Help expand Pivotree’s footprint with strategic OMS partners such as Fluent Commerce, Korber Supply Chain, Blue Yonder

  • Enterprise sales or management consulting backgrounds are preferred, with a solid understanding of financial results, operational metrics (i.e.: margins), timelines, and outcomes.

  • Solid experience selling order management and/or warehouse management solutions in North America.

  • Ability to effectively demonstrate total economic impact. As the lead in a complex buying process, the role requires deep problem-solving skills as well as identifying and building a path to achieve the customer’s business results in a given line of business, or across the enterprise.

  • Experience and desire to create critical paths and drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal (i.e.: operations, delivery, finance, marketing).

  • A history of success selling 7-figure deals made of both software and services.
     

Key Qualifications:
 

  • 15+ years of sales experience in B2B sales in North America.

  • Demonstrable methods for selling software and services to mid-market and large enterprises.

  • Experience with IBM Sterling Order Management, IBM Sterling Warehouse Management, Fluent Commerce, Envista (Korber Supply Chain), or Blue Yonder.

  • A solid understanding of eCommerce, Master Data Management, PIM, etc.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Start-up experience is an asset

  • Fully bilingual: English + Spanish or French.
